1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 T. sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
9 inch pie pan
Oil the bottom of your pan lightly, to give the parchment something to hold onto. Put a round of parchment in the bottom of your pan and lightly oil the sides.
Mix together the crumbs snd sugar. Mix in the butter. Press into your pie pan firmly. Chill until ready to use.
Cookie crust:
For cookies with no filling, use a 1:1 substitution.
For filled cookies, use 1 cup cookies and 1/2 cup graham crackers or unfilled cookie. Cut the sugar down to 1 tablespoon.
